Agatha Ferei Furivai (Fiji) is the Managing Director of the IPA Learning Center, which she founded. For 14 years, she has worked as Executive Director of Media Watch Group, to monitor the media. He also co-founded the Kip McGrath Education Center, Nasinu (KMEC) and the Center for Edu-Communication and Culture (CINEC Project). He studied Arts in History / Politics and Language / Literature at the University of the South Pacific. He is a Board member on several national, regional and international boards in Fiji and abroad, such as WACC Pacific and Signis Pacific and Signis International. She is also President of the Suva Juju District Association and is a volunteer in indigenous women's groups, and is committed to promoting the participation and leadership of women through art, song and dance; indigenous voices through the development of capacities of youth and women in educommunication and the media.
