Journalist, professor of the Digital Systems and Media Course at the Federal University of Ceará, of the Postgraduate Program in Evaluation of Public Policies (UFC) and researcher of the Research Group on Children, Youth and Media Relations, GRIM. For ten years he was part of the Solidarity Communicators Network (Pastoral da Criança / UCBC). Works primarily in the field of communication and media, with an emphasis on communication, childhood and youth studies, educommunication, popular communication, use of media in education, and studies in sound media (radio language and radio advertising ). He has a master's degree (2006) and a doctorate (2014) in Brazilian Education (UFC). She is co-author of the book Quality in Children's Programming on TV Brasil (Ed. Insular, 2012) and collaborated in the organization of the Chocolate Media collections: studies on the relationship between childhood, adolescence and communication (E-papers, 2006 ) and Polyphonies: voices, glances and records in the philosophy of education (Editora UFC, 2005).
