MalaysiaBiographyLawrence John Sinniah, also known as eLJay, is currently serving his second term as Vice President of SIGNIS and runs the Communications Laboratory. He is the Executive Director of the Public Media Agency, an NGO based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Eljay studied advertising in 1986 in Kuala Lumpur and graduated magna cum laude in Mass Communications from Waldorf University, IA, USA. USA In 1998. In 2004 he participated in the edition of the SIGNIS Asia Charter: Promoting the media for a culture of peace through Communicative Action and in 2008 in the action plan of the SL-GNIS Media Education Charter. Also that year he worked in the SWC's Global Awareness Campaign on the Rights of the Child through the "Pañuelo Project". In 2009, it began to develop the Communications Laboratory (VJ program) in Asia, Africa and other SWC regions. Since 2018 he has been active in the Communications Lab, MOU scholarship program with the Jesuit University.
